    cutting tons of fat

About a year and a half ago I weighed around 154 pounds. I worked out every other day and tried to stay in shape. I just started letting myself go and didn't care. Eating the worst fast food imaginable, ice cream, soda. I've gottin up to the highest I've ever weighed. I'm 5'10 185.

I've boxed off and on since a young age and have gottin back into it recently. now I need to get down in weight badly. The amateur weight class I'd like to get down to eventually is 141. Diet wise what would be the best stuff I could eat to cut down in weight as fast as possible? I bought a shitload of boneless skineless chicken breast and brown rice. I usually only eat the rice before a workout.

I'm pretty clueless diet wise though. I've bene doing alot of cardio. Skipping rope and the exercise bike. I just need someone to kinda point me in the right direction diet wise. All I'm interested in is cutting fat and tons of it. I'm currently reading the forums looking at peoples diets for cutting. But I figured it woulnd't hurt to get a little advice. Sorry if I come off as a total noob. Thanks in advance

You should read the stickies in this forum, they have a ton of great information and helped me put my own diet together. They really should answer most of your questions.

Yeah, that one is awesome, and really put to rest a lot of my own misconceptions. Right now Im doing twin peak's carb cycling, but I went down in body fat just by doing a low carb diet with an occasional refeed.
