What are the macros for this?

If you're not losing the first thing is you need to eat fewer calories. Are you keeping track?

Your diet isn't bad, but I'd say:

    Skip the mayo

By chicken breast do you mean deli slices? Because these are very unclean

For your PWO meal, try a faster absorbing carb (like rice cakes) and eat them in a ration of 2:1 carbs to fat

If you still aren't losing you might need to clean up even more, so take out the whole wheat bread and eat a cleaner carb source.

    Add more veggies

But like I said, no one can help you if you don't know how many calories you're eating. Buy yourself a scale and try a diet tracker like fitday.

When you know your macros come back and ask again.

Macronutrients is the term refering to carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

    Some people call them "macros".
