Chris Shugart's diet. It's basically a diet that consists of protein shakes, fat and fiber supplements, t-nation supps like surge, and ONE real meal a week. By real, i mean it's not a protein shake.

IMO, it's ridiculous. but hey, whatever works for you.

holy shit. Is this guy serious? I read it. I like that when poeople asked if they could substitute the drink with their own DIYs, he refused to answer it with either a real answer or flat out ignored it. I think Jodi hates these guys too.
It could work, if you like tiny, random watery shits and a total loss of normal state of mind.

Some of the things people call "a diet" crack me up, and it drives me nuts to see how many people blindly follow this type of advice, like TO THE LETTER. I would have, too, a few years back. Even today, sometimes I may go on a kick and try something that goes against the grain, from PSMF and drastic CKD diets, to supplements that end up being nothing more than a waste of money. But thankfully I recover my common sense and remember my health is worth more.

If your friend wants a quick (and temporary) fix and go into it acknowledging that it isn't a "healthy" diet, and isn't, by any stretch of the imagination, SUSTAINABLE long-term, then yeah, tell him to go for it, and report back to us how many innocent people he ends up yelling at or punching, how miserable he feels because he's so hungry, and how many days it took for him to crack and binge on peanut butter straight from the jar at 2 AM while the rest of the house is sleeping hahahahahahahahahahhahah! (not that i have ever done that! )

Oh you dont have to tell me. Problem I have is that people eat like fucking cows and then some dickheads especially where I work say, (this, in my best Andrew Dice Clay-chick voice) could you write me a routine or a diiiiiiet???
Or my new favorite, what supplement can I use to burn fat? Who the fuck made you fat asshole? Why do I have to be brought into the equation? My friend is no better, but hes my bud. I cant let him down. but these fatties at work are retards. I teach and I'm like the only one who denies himeslef goodies at work, while every morning I turn down little debbies, crumb cake and donuts, so you can imagine the fat bitches I have tio work with.
It's called unstrapping the feed bag and walking away from the source of the problem.

Hahahahahahah oh my god --- tell me how you REALLY feel!

And don't even get me started on the "can you write me a workout and diiiiieeeeeeet" people! I have my share of them here as well... I used to be dumb and innocent and full of good intentions wanting to help everyone, so I would waste hours upon hours getting these people to answer me questions abotu their current diets, and then I'd write stuff up for them, explaining everything, rather than just giving htem a shopping list and numbers, you know?

But nowadays, I just flat out say, "No i won't write you a diet because it will be a waste of my time. Get your shit together first, then we can talk about diet."

I dont even go that far. I say ahem, go fuck yourself.
Actually, I say the same thing. I'd LIKE to say the above, but I am too much of a puss to say it. I also have another problem-"can you fix my compuiter?" I say to them, wash it gasoline, and dry it with a match. by the time they ask me to do something, their shit is usually so far gone that it should be thrown off the empire state building.
