    beginners diet

    edited(olright olright it needs more work and research, ill post the improved versian in a couple days)

    Hi
    im trying to lose my stomach and gain massive muscles(losing the stomach is most important tho) keep in mined im on sdi labs D-bol

    7:00am- morning- 1 pita bread with fetta chees and jam(or egg whites if recomended)

    noon chicken sandwich

    2:00pm work out

    after work out 20 gramms whey+water
    20-30 minutes later 20 grams whey+milk

    6-7:00 3cups of soy beans with a little soy sauce

    what i want to know is if i should add more carbs? and a couple protien bars to the diet?

    also is it true that your body cant absorb protiens for four hours after you wake up?(some DR. told me that)

    one sdi labs are crap, go legit or quite. your diet would be good for a preteen girl(maybe).

    list your stats . try one goal at a time. lose fat then bulk or something along that line.

    Where did you come up with this stuff? I mean...how did you design this (really bad) diet?
