Lightbulb Tuna Burgers

Just something different..
I have tried just frying them in a pan coated with cooking spray instead of broiling and grilling and they still turned out great!

Tuna Burgers with Horseradish Mayo
Serves 4
Prep time: 10 min.
Cook time: 14 min.

Burgers

3 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, split

Horseradish Mayo

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Preheat grill and broiler.

In a large bowl, combine tuna, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Shape mixture into 4 equal patties and transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Broil burgers 5 minutes per side, until light brown on both sides.

Transfer burgers to hot grill and grill 2 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
Meanwhile, to make Horseradish Mayo, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Arrange tuna burgers on buns and top each burger with horseradish mayo.
