    Would this make any difference?

I just realized I bought ON Chocolate Mint Whey, I bought it on accident I usually get just get Chocolate.

I noticed there is a difference. Calories/Protein/Carb are the same.

But the Mint one has 1.5g fat/1g saturated and the Chocolate has 1g fat/0.5 saturated.

Is this something to worry about? I mean I can easily exchange it for the one I usually get, with no questions asked, but is it even worth it?

BTW I usually have 3-4 scoops daily. I'm 2 months out from a show, thats the only reason I'm asking an anal question.

    Think of it this way.

Even with all 4 scoops, that's still just 2 extra grams of fat.

    That's 18 calories.

    That's insignificant.

That's an almond and a half.

That's the amount of food energy in two sticks of gum.

If you're not as ripped as you figure you should be, I gaurantee you this isn't the problem.
