I'm relatively new to this forum and i just need to catch up on some stuff.
First of all, what does a re-feed mean?
2nd, i just re-started on my training (cardio and light weights) in an effort to get rid of my excess body fat, i need to get rid of the fat and keep it off, for now, i don't even really care about bulking up on muscle, i just need to get rid of that fat. However, i need some meal ideas from you guys. Anyone have meals that they use and it works? I don't want to be eating the wrong stuff and working out, i want to eat meals that will aid and even stimulate my fat-burning endeavours. Thanx all for replying.
