    what's worse skip or cheat???

    if u had to choose between cheating and skipping a meal what would u do..?? (if u were on a cutting diet)

    i would cheat

    skipping and still being hungry i just don't like the feeling

    Cheat, skipping will only screw up your metabolism. At least when you cheat it will be easier to get yourself back on track.

    How about you do neither.

    another vote for cheating...better to gain fat than lose muscle..just my 2 cents.

    I always prepare in advance so I usually don't get into this situation.

    But I have to say, skip if you can.

    Your body is quite strong. Skipping a meal or two as an isolated event will in no way "screw with" your metabolism.

    Being too hungry on a cutting plan is BAD, because it leads to binging.

    But at the end of the day, it's still the total calories consumed the makes the difference weither you reach your goals or not.

    That said, anyone who is seriously pondering this isn't organized enough. Failing to prepare=preparing to fail.

    ALWAYS have proper food choices available.
