Anabolic Diet?
Anybody here follow this diet?
If so, does it work well, or does it do your body more harm than good? (For those that don't know what it is, it is basically a low carb diet. Mon-Friday, 70g or less of Carbs, Sat and sunday Pig out on carbs, like 300-400, or that is the impression I got from reading up on it) Does this diet do what it claims and boost hormone levels and things like insulin for a leaner better cut body? Or is it just one of those hype money makers? |

I used low carb one day and high carb another to lose weight. But i have never used carb shifting to build muscle.
