Ditch the honey and add some fresh fruit... Apple, grapes etc is good. And yes add some healthy fats you have not eat anything for 6-9 hours so there is a need for it. Perhaps half a table spoon of Natural PB and 2 fish oil caps. Just make the calories fit...
Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.

Honey is not great when you are cutting. Adding fat to honey is really not great when you are cutting.

When cutting it's best to compose your meals of either: Protein and carbohydrates or protein and fats.

Eating carbohydrates and fats together encourages fat storage.

Milk has sugar and so does fruit, and oatmeal of course is a carb, so I would avoid fats with this meal.

    Egg whites+oatmeal+berries+lowfat milk=excellent breakfast

NICE SO IT'S NOT NECASSARY TO DIVIDE FATS ON ALL THE MEALS
i mean if i eat 6 meals (i could eat for meal 1,2,4carbs +protein) and (3,5,6 protein+fats and some vegetables with them)

i thought i had to eat efas on almost all meals
