    1 is for 100gram serving and the other is for 60gram bar serving...

    Not a great deal of carbs if you are on a bulk. But I guess as something quick when ur in a rush it would be ok. I cant say that I can stomach it but why not have oats mixed in with a protein shake?

    i never use them as i have the same thought but maybe as a meal replacement in a hurry day it may work
