    Breakfast timing?

Just curious if this makes any difference...I realize after 8-9 hours of a fasted state, your body is semi-catabolic...

Does it matter if I wait 20 minutes to eat breakfast, from the time I get up? I use to down a shake almost instantly, get up, go downstairs and boom oats, milk, whey.

Now I have been taking a shower getting ready to head out, and then make eggs, and oatmeal. Probally eat about 20-25min after awaking, does this make a difference?

probably not too big of a difference, but I still would try to eat as soon as I get up. If you're like me then you shouldn't be able to wait an extra 25 min. LOL

I'm going to assume in the grand scheme of things it will have zero impact.
