I am going to give the CKD diet a shot from today. Unfortunately living in Japan my choices on what to buy are a bit limited. I was wondering...
1) Are most fats okay as long as they have no carbs in them? i.e. animal fats, chesses, etc....
2) I love almonds, but they do contain a bit of carbs, is this a negligent amount I shouldn't worry about?
3)Is it necessary for the ratio to be around Fat -65% and Protein 35%? Or can it be closer to 50/50?
4)Finally, if I do a two day refeed, having any carbs and alot of them on the first day and then "better" carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice on the second day would be good?
