I might would try to eat betwen 6-8 times day, eating smaller but more frequent meals will quicken metabolism
stats in sig & journal, need to cut down, trying to keep my strength, increase flexability and endurance.
Meal 1
40g whey
cereal w/ milk or 1.5servings of quaker oats w/ nonfat cream
Meal 2 (at school)
40g whey
banana
Meal 3
chicken 6-8oz chicken breast or 3.5oz steak filet
salad w/ basalmic vineg. dressing
40g worth of brown rice cakes
PWO
50g whey
40g rice cakes
Meal 4
Same as Meal 3 except with actual rice and steamed veggies
Meal 5
30g
2c nonfat milk
Keep in mind I'm a poor college student, doing clinicals for an EMT class, so shakes & rice cakes are almost what I'm living off of right now. Any help that is $$$ cheap will be greatly appreciated.

Good place to start...if in a couple of weeks you're not getting the results you're looking for I have a few suggestions for things to tweak.
