    Diet Critique needed

    stats in sig & journal, need to cut down, trying to keep my strength, increase flexability and endurance.

    Meal 1
    40g whey
    cereal w/ milk or 1.5servings of quaker oats w/ nonfat cream

    Meal 2 (at school)
    40g whey
    banana

    Meal 3
    chicken 6-8oz chicken breast or 3.5oz steak filet
    salad w/ basalmic vineg. dressing
    40g worth of brown rice cakes

    PWO
    50g whey
    40g rice cakes

    Meal 4
    Same as Meal 3 except with actual rice and steamed veggies

    Meal 5
    30g
    2c nonfat milk

    Keep in mind I'm a poor college student, doing clinicals for an EMT class, so shakes & rice cakes are almost what I'm living off of right now. Any help that is $$$ cheap will be greatly appreciated.

    I might would try to eat betwen 6-8 times day, eating smaller but more frequent meals will quicken metabolism

    Good place to start...if in a couple of weeks you're not getting the results you're looking for I have a few suggestions for things to tweak.

    (Hey, off subject, good luck with your EMT. I'm a paramedic. I really like it.)

    im in same position as you nothings cheap anymore. not sure if u are but def. add a multi vit

    That would come out to 275cals a meal if I fit in 8 :-\ and i'm lucky to have time for 5-6

    I'll try this like you said for a few weeks, but I'll prolly come asking for those "tweaks" anyways :P

    lol, its a pain in the ass, I'll hopefully get hired by my local fire department (interview this week) so I can get a few extra bucks :P and yes, I'm taking the grocery store brand multi-vit (same thing as centrum, just about 3/4 less price)
