    Abs Question

Hey guys just curious about something i read up on today. It says here that a person myst be under 6% body fat to see the ab musscles and obliqes. I just thought it was dependent on your own physice and genes. I am 6 ft tall 175 pds and 12% body fat. You can kind of see the top two sets of abs but how low should my body fat be to see the bottoms and let the other two pop out more. Thanks guys.

It is definitely hard to say for everyone, but I don't think you need to be under 6% to see some nice ab definition. Definitely less than 9 or 10%, and the lower you are the more they will pop.
