a full breakfast to me is a full fry up
sausage, bacon, eggs, tattie scone, black pudding and a couple of rolls
i dont have a set diet im just trying to make sure that i eat food off the posted diet on this site
That is not exactly the right breakfast. You should make a better diet, you need to read the stickies, those are the first threads in the diet forum.
I dont know much about dieting but Emma will help you with that.

rabbit!
I am not a bodybuilder so I dont follow a strict diet, this is why I cant help you a lot. I even eat chocolate.Originally Posted by Richie1888
But others will help you with your breakfast. Well they usually do but sometimes it takes time for their answers.
Bodybuilder or not, that's not a very 'healthy' breakfast. More like a morning heartattackOriginally Posted by Richie1888

(lots of saturated fat (sausage, bacon) in there and white flour products)
my breakie this morning (Post cardio)....
4 egg whites in a pan sprayed with EVOO.
add yellow and red peppers
add canned salmon on top covered with mushrooms
sort of like a frittata
+ 1/2 cup of oats in water with 2oz of raspberries
Black coffee

Preworkout:
All depends on when you plan to eat and when you are going to workout.
For some folks it's a full meal and others just have BCAA's and away they go.
