That is not exactly the right breakfast. You should make a better diet, you need to read the stickies, those are the first threads in the diet forum.

I dont know much about dieting but Emma will help you with that.

I am not a bodybuilder so I dont follow a strict diet, this is why I cant help you a lot. I even eat chocolate.

But others will help you with your breakfast. Well they usually do but sometimes it takes time for their answers.

Bodybuilder or not, that's not a very 'healthy' breakfast. More like a morning heartattack

(lots of saturated fat (sausage, bacon) in there and white flour products)

my breakie this morning (Post cardio)....

4 egg whites in a pan sprayed with EVOO.
    add yellow and red peppers
add canned salmon on top covered with mushrooms
    sort of like a frittata

+ 1/2 cup of oats in water with 2oz of raspberries
    Black coffee

Think leaner meats (or meats with good fats) and complex carbs instead

    Preworkout:
All depends on when you plan to eat and when you are going to workout.
For some folks it's a full meal and others just have BCAA's and away they go.
