In my opinion if you have severe insulin resistance then I would even suggest carb re-feeds... I would especially not do the typical "all you can eat carb fests" that most people do...
If you were to do re-feeds then you would have to moderate your intake (less carbs), with a shorten the time period (limit it to a few hours following a hard workout when glucose uptake into muscles is more insulin independent) and modified carb sources (at the most, you may do one initial meal of high GI and then followed with lower GI sources).
However, with that said, you would probably be far better off skipping them altogether and sticking to a more moderate approach to dieting - eg: a low carb intake (100g a day) with lots of fiber/vegetables, an adequate intake of protein (1.25g per pound) and a moderate amount of fat (with an emphesis on mono-unsaturated fats + a few nuts + some fish oils).

no no it's not severe at all i'm just 20 yrs old it's just being sometimes sleepy after eating simple carbs and sugars.... but i can handle it by preventing sugars and having a pwo without simple carbs .... but i wanted to know if having many carbs at one day (refeed day) would effect my cutting progress i mean will that make me regain much weight that i've already lost? due to high insulin secretion?
Unless you KNOW you are insulin resistant then you could simply be reacting to the food in a normal way (large carb meals can make anyone tired... and low blood sugars following the spike/removal of a high GI carb can do the same).
And the effects of lots of carbs in one day will be variable and depend on your total calorie intake (for the day and in general), your total carb intake for the day (and in general), the type of exercise you are doing, your lean mass, your body fat%, your age and a multitude of other factors...
But, if done correctly, there is no reason why a re-feed would stall fat loss at all... (in fact, in many cases it can benefit fat loss).
