    Ways to eat egg whites

I'm looking to increase my daily protein intake, and I've just read in another post that egg whites are 100% protein so I'm guessing they're good to have.

Only problem is that I've only ever tried egg whites either fried or hard-boiled, and I hated them, so now I'm reluctant to even try them again unless I can do something with them to make it nice! Any ideas for recipes or ways of preparing that I might like?

I know the obvious choice is omlettes, but sadly I don't like them either

I do take protein supplement and eat quite a bit of lean meat (mainly chicken), but my daily protein intake is still WAY down at around 80g / day - I weight 170lbs so I'd like to get nearer the 140g mark at least.

    Please help

While some people can have a totally "phobia" of a certain food if you will, those who can't eat anything because it doesn't taste like filet mignon, are going to have to train themselves to eat things they don't like to reach their goals.

That being said, I think scrambled egg whites are delicious, just add some pepper, hold the salt.

I usually fry eggwhites into an omelet sort of shape. Then put some cheese or something on it.

I either put salt on hard boiled egg whites, or ill put a bunch of them into a bowl or cup and max them up almost into egg salad form and mix in some ketchup....GOOD STUFF....
