    Post Help!

I'm wondering if someone can tell me what my pro./ carb./fat intake should look like. And how many calories I should be taking in every day. I've been eating clean for a long time but have not done much calorie counting. I plan to compete in a fitness competition in Aug. and need all the help I can get. I'm 5'4, 123lbs and 14% bodyfat and I'm not sure how lean I'll need to get or when to start to tighten up my diet. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is a formula for your calories.. I posted a nutrition guideline in the womens forum too...

To know if you are eating enough:
    Women: 661 + (4.38 x weight in pounds) + (4.33 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age) = BMR

To estimate the total number of calories your body needs per day, multiply your BMR by the appropriate number below.

0.9 if you are inactive and have crash dieted frequently during the past two years.
    1.2 if you are inactive
1.3 if you are moderately active (exercise 3 days per week or equivalent)
1.7 if you are very active
1.9 if you are extremely active.

    General Body-Fat % Categories:

Classification Women (% Fat) Men (% Fat)

    Essential Fat 10-13% 2-5%
    Athletes 14-20% 6-13%
    Fitness 21-24% 14-17%
    Healthy 25-31% 18-24%
    Obese 32% + 25% +

This is just a general table. Some of the guys may be able to tell you what you should be for a comp.
