    turkey burgers

    are these good to eat? 21 grams of protein, 8 grams of fat.

    unless there is something about them I dont know about

    I make turkey burgers with lean ground turkey (extra lean tastes like shit IMO) and I mix feta cheese and banana peppers into the meat before grilling. They taste awesome.

    For pre-made frozen burgers, I used to eat Butterball frozen burgers. They taste much better than other frozen brands. I just don't eat them anymore because I got sick of them.

    Yeah, but you need good fat's like mono's and efas, not as much sat fats.

    There is a good recipie in the forum for turkey burgers with extra lean meat, salsa and assorted seasonings. It's pretty tasty, and much lower in fat, if that is what worries you.
