    sugar in gum

    ok now another silly question but would the sugar in gum effect the diet

    if i am on a low carb diet ....it's not a sugar free gum and i like to chew it regularly.....

    I would just chew sugarless gum, there are alot of good tasting ones out there.

    would 2 pieces of gum daily make a problem ??? how much grams in the average gum??

    I would not worry about it. You are 19 years old and male right? The effect would be so miniscule from only a few peices a day.

    it's working well but i was just curious to know how much sugars are in gum ... never mind
