Sorry but I'll take a New York thin crust greasy cheesy pizza any day over a Chicago loaf of butter bread can't even taste the sauce pizza anyday.
Thats the diff.

not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

I love getting a big slice and then folding it in half and all the grease funnels into your mouth, my grand-father in law was an Italian from New York and made pizzas for years as a kid so I know these things.

I think they are actually both good in their own ways. When I want to wolf down a bunch of tasty pieces...NY. When I want a full meal out of a single slice...chi town all the way baby. Giordano's on the south side muh fuh!

I'm from Jersey and theirs this one place where each slice is 2 1/2 feet long and the crust is about 1 foot long. If you know geometry you can figure out how much your eating if you got a whole pie. It's summer for me so math isn't really gonna happen for another 2 months but damn it is some good pizza.

Amazing! Ever thought of getting into a pizza eating contest, that's a lot of pizza there.
32 slices.
I did that once. I stopped on the fourth pie. One other guy did 7 pies. i was totally out of my element.
I dont eat like that anymore. I cant. Not conducive to competing.
