    side foods to have with core protein item

    hi, ill word this best i can... i wanted to ask what are the best things to eat with respective high protien foods? like say what would you eat poached eggs with to make up the calories. same with a steak, tin of tuna, chicken breast etc.. i do eat salads and boiled veg with chicken breast already, gets boring though. if someone could give me a list for each main high protein food eg fish etc, tat would be great and would help me alot. thanks, tom

    if you are cutting stick to low gI carbs ....vegetables and oats and some fruits, skimmed milk
