I guess it would depend on whether you are cutting or bulking.
Is three whites and one whole better than 3 whole eggs?

1 large egg white = 4 grams of protein
1 whole egg = 6 grams of protein +5 grams of fats
I'm on a bulk, was just wonderin which one would be better. So there would be no difference other than 15g of fat compared with the 5 from one whole egg?

yeah that's slim ...... look u must fit every thing in your diet .... i assume you are counting calories ... did you post your diet?? if not post it in a new thread
There is nothing wrong with a few yolksm just don't go crazy with them and end up eating 6 a day. Complete protein can be sourced also from chicken, red meat, fish, milk products etc. Nuts, fish oil and flaxeed oil can be used to keep up your intake of EFA's.
I eat alot of chicken, and lean ham, I take 4 fish oils and two flax caps a day

Jeez I'd just eat and not worry to much about egg yokes. Just eat your butt off and stay away from surgars for now.Originally Posted by leg_press
Lots of good lean meats, good carbs and efa's should do it. Have a couple TB's of Ex Virgin Olive oil a day in your shakes.
