    Diet

    Weight: 185
    Height: 6'0
Body Fat: 15-18% not sure exactly

I would like some criticism for my diet. My goal is to gain weight, and I am not looking for the 4-6 pounds of fat a week, more like the 1-3 pounds of good weight a week. Moving on, this is my diet *NOTE* This is what I keep in mind everyday, but chicken gets old quick so I eat a hamburger once and a while and maybe a pizza once in a blue moon. Most times are approximate, as I TRY to eat every 2-2 1/2 hours but work sucks!

    Wake Up
Shake - 1 banana, 5 grams L-glutamine, cup oats, 6 egg whites, cup orange juice, cup apple juice
    Multi

    2 hours later
    Yogurt
Protein shake *2 scoops of 20 grams/scoop protein and 10-12 ounces skim milk*

    2 hours later
Usually at work so a weight gainer (500 cal.)

    2 hours later
    6-8 ounce chicken breast
    2 pieces of wheat bread
broccoli - a handful or two maybe

    2 hours later
peanut butter sandwich with protein shake.

    2 hours later (pre-workout meal)
    6-8 ounce chicken breast
sweet potato - varies in size usually I go for smaller ones
green beans - a handful or two maybe

20-40 minutes after meal: 5 grams creatine and glutamine before I workout along with protein shake (this varies b/c I hate being hungry in the gym)

    workout

    post-workout
5 grams glutamine, 5 grams creatine, and protein shake immediately after workout. As soon as I can stomache it I eat:

6-8 ounce chicken breast, steak 2 nights a week
    2 pieces of wheat bread
broccoli - a handful or two maybe

    Before bed
Casein protein shake with some almonds.
