    Eating protein

    Should i always eat a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight everyday or should i eat protein on one workout day and increase my protein intake the next same workout day.

    protein everyday.

    1g per LB of BW is a good place to start. you can increase that though. make sure you are getting in lots of cals if you want to grow.
