    I know an ok amount about dieting I am just asking how I am doing

    yea I had to use that stuff today cause I ran out of chicken breast

    You weigh 176 and you are dieting?? My 8 yr old son eats more than you!

    Not more then I use to I just went through bulking I want to diet. I will be fine. 176 is big for 5'8"

    It depends on what your defination of big is. Too me it is little.
