    PF Changs

Is there anything on this menu (training section) that wouldn't be considered a cheat? I respect the fact that they give macro breakdowns, but still unsure of the best selection.

Please let me know what you guys think is the best selection, and why? Also would you consider it a regular meal or a cheat? Just curious

The salmon salad is perfect. You can also get steamed brown rice at PF Changs.

Other choices, cantonese shrimp, cantonese scallops

Thanks! Haha I have to go there tommorow, and don't want it to be my weekly cheat meal

Doesn't the salmon salad have alot of fat? 30g/4g saturated seems really high...

Sure if you get their dressing. Instead ask for just oil and vinegar. The salmon has a lot of fat in it but it's healthy fat and then just add a splash of olive oil and some vinegar and you have a salad with less fat than stated.
