Whats your outlook on this? Most people stick to strictly boneless/skinless chicken breasts, but would you consider rotissirie chicken, with the skin removed a optimal meal? For example like from a grocery store, and then remove the skin and eat the "white meat" pieces only.
Is there a huge difference? The chicken is pretty dry, so I'm guessing its not too bad.

It's cooked coated in oil. The chicken breast part is the only meat that is lean.
