Just curious what you club goers do!

It's 3am in the morning, on a friday night you have your last meal at 11pm and your going catabolic and your hungry, what do you do?

BTW, your on the way home from the clubs...

I go to the gas station grab a bag of beek jerky, a huge bottle of water, and wait 30-45 min til I get home to down my CC+PB

that works - or you could stop at wendys or mcds and get a grilled chicken salad or the sandwich and eat the chicken breast w/o the bread - i've done many time. The grilled chicken at both these places are pretty clean and they are usually open late (mcds is 24 hours here),

That's 1 small chilli, no one is going to eat 1 small, they will eat a large or 2 smalls. And that means 1500 mg of sodium which is horrendous. And 23 bad carbs at night is not good.

Oh, and stop following me around.

Seriously pack your meals. Just bring your scooby doo lunch box into the club or something.

I'd hardly consider kidney beans to be bad carbs.

    OK, Doublebase.

No one is going to eat one small chili? How about the guy that posted this thread in the first place? I'm sure SOMEONE who is health conscious, in the same situation would. Like for instance, ME. You are such a douche bag.

I would take some protein powder and just pop out to the car with a bottle of water every 2-3 hours and have a shake. Better still if there is a convenience store around buy some low fat milk to mix with it.

What you also need to consider is what your consuming at the club? Alcohol or illicit substances... if so then your kinda defeating the purpose.

Ive learnt that my body is meant to sleep at night to grow, recover and make sure I look half decent when I get over 40. You will sooner or later find that the club scene sux - especially if your into BB.

You know unless your a competitive bb I would enjoy going "clubbing" cause while getting drunk and tripping of course isnt good for you but one or two drinks won't ruin a weeks worth of gains. You really have to enjoy yourself in whatever nondestructive way possible.

It seems as I get more and more serious with BB, everytime I go to the club I start to like it LESS and LESS. I'm not even 21 yet, and feel my club days are over. I actually like just bars, where you can talk and mingle...

if we go to a diner, its eggs with maybe some steak (aka steak and eggs).

If we hit a fast food joint, burger and no bun or chicken breast no bun.

    Thank you.

To be honest I think some things people say on here are riduculous, competing or not...There is more to life then bodybuilding.

When you say don't stay out soo late, its kind of pathetic.

Lets say I'm having the time of my life, its 2am...Am I going to leave because its time for my next meal? Does it really make a big difference? If I wait another 3 hours to eat, and actually (or possibly) talk to hot girls and possibly get some *ass* that night, is it worth it?

I think some people on here need to get out a little and enjoy life. Bodybuilding is great, but so is a good balance.

I agree. There is more to life than straight up bbing. I love to compete, I love being in the gym and I love to mold and shape my body (like arnold used to say) and I love the looks i get from people (wtf was that??). But goddamn, I love even moreso getting out and going to Atlantic City, hanging out with friends and being with my wife. I need a social life because if I were in the gym alllllll day i'd hate it after a while.

yeah but when I train for a contest, my wife and famil think I'm nuts because I stay away from every taboo thing I like: beer, wine, dessert and macaroni. And what do they say? Oh come on, one bite/drink isnt goign to kill you.
Maybe not, but my willpower is taking a hit.
