Is that 2 C. of milk per protein shake? Is one of those shakes PWO?

6:00 am Meal #1 1oz pack oatmeal with whey protein 2scoops 1 banana
Ditch the packet of oatmeal and get the Old Fashioned Oats. They only take 2 mins longer in the microwave and are much healthier for you. Is this your PWO? Do you have milk in this shake too? FF Milk? - Need to know because this meal is too low in fat otherwise

9:30 am Meal #2 3oz tuna on wheatbread 1 eggwhite fat free yogurt
Too many carbs. Get rid of the regular wheat bread and get some sprouted grain bread. Ditch the yogurt for now. It would be better in a PWO shake anyway.
    (11:00 am workout)
    Where is your PWO shake?
1:00 pm Meal #3 chicken breast 1 cup veggies 1 whole egg 1 peach
This is fine but you need fats. Where is the fish oil, flax seed, olive oil, nuts etc
4:30 pm Meal #4 ground turkey salad fatfree dressing baked potato
Skiop the FF dressing and use olive oil and vinegar instead. Switch your potato to a sweet potato
8:00 pm Meal #5 1oz pack oatmeal with an apple
You need protein here. Get rid of the packet oatmeal and get regular oats. Add some healthy fats
11:00 pm Meal #6 whey protein 2 scoops with omega 3 fish oil
[b]How much fish oil? Is that casein whey? If not switch it to either casein whey or have cottage cheese instead.
    I made comments in bold.
