Bulking Diet.

    Bulking Diet.

    1: 3 hard boiled eggs, bowl of special k + 1% milk, a piece of fruit
    2: two scoops of protein (~55g) w/ strawberries or banana, with 1% milk.
    3. tuna sandwich (1 can) with whole wheat bread, veggies/nuts
    4. two scoops of protein (~55g) w/ strawberries or banana, with 1% milk.
    5. dinner (varies, this is the stickler because I normally don't cook dinner, my parents usually do)
    6. natural peanut butter on whole wheat with fruit/veggies


    I'm 18, 130ish lbs, 5'6. I'm new to this, so please help me out here. I drink plenty of water, and drink it with my meals, and I take a multivitamin. Thanks in advance.

    I'm not an expert by any means, but I would add some EFA supplementation in there. Peanut butter is good but you need fish oil at least.

    well mommy and daddy probably aren't eating for the same reasons as you are; so start cooking yourself. I would say chicken, mmmmmmmmmm.... cook half a week to a week's worth at once and fall in love with a microwave
