    no appetite in the morning

I've been waking up pretty early for work, but I have no appetite in the morning, it is literally impossible to get a whole meal down. What do you guys do in this situation?

I feel that way sometimes but i just force myself to eat it. It's your choice. Do you want to get bigger, stronger and leaner? Then eat. If not, well good luck.

Best thing to do is wake up and just walk around and watch some tv. Drink some water and just let your body wake up. Once that happens, eat your meal.

How late is your last meal? This makes a difference to my body. If I eat at 12:00 am at 7:00 I'm reallly not that hungry. But that's just me.

Well, sometimes my appetite is non-existant in the morning, but I just make myself eat. Like this morning for instance, I felt like I was going to puke but I just kept eating. It's a big mental thing and whether you can force feed depends on your dedication to changing your body. Once you eat enough, you get to a certain point where you can just keep eating.

I was like that at one stage, now I cant wait to have breakfast. As soon as I wake up I have a zero carb protein shake with water then have a shower & shave etc. After that regime is dont (usually 2--30 mins) I have a small bowl of oats and follow up with a couple of peices of fruit shortly after.

Try to progressively increase your quantity for breakfast. Start small and gradually increase. The advice on not eating too late the night before is also good.

Also, the 2 worst things IMO to have when you 1st wake up are caffeine and nicotine. Either or both of those will destroy your appetite in the morning.

Some days I can easily eat a huge breakfast and somedays I'm just not feeling hungry.

Another thing to try on the days your not feeling too hungry is to make something more exotic. When I have time I might make a crepe with fresh fruit etc no matter how lacking my appetite is Ill always look forward to that.

Sometimes I cant eat in the morning. Best to make a shake in my opinion as it goes down much easier, for me, in the morning. I use a scoop of Pm (Casein) protein and a scoop of chocolate whey. A dozen ice cubes or so, quaker oats, chopped apple, strawberries, natural peanut butter, and skin milk, and someties yogurt. A very nutritious meal.

I get up, have a coffee with no milk or sugar, have a shower/ shit and a shave. Then I have 1 scoop of ON whey or Pro Max, and two wheat biscuits with semi skimmed milk and sweetner
