    what to eat

    i may sound like a bit of an idiot here, but i know chicken, steak, potatoes,egg whites and oatmeal are good for you when your training, but im trying to gain weight i wondering if these are the best foods to eat, or are they what bodybuilders eat a couple of weeks b4 a contest on there diet to trim down for the contest

    alright well if you want to gain weight then youre going to want to start bulking ..what the bodybuilders usually do before a contest is called cutting which is when you lower your body fat.. bulking is trying to gain weight, you cant do both so you have to pick one
