Bulking question for Dr Pain, and GoPro

Dr. Pain, and GoPro

My PT, who I am not with anymore, maybe that is good and maybe not. I liked the workouts he gave me very much, but he had me bulking up and eating a great deal of food.

Well I got up to 220, but I went from a 32 waist to a 34. I liked putting on the muscle but not the fat. What do you tell your clients to do for gaining muscle.

I use this on people with normal to near normal metabolisms, less carbs, more fat and protein on those with insulin resistance:

Also, I use mini-cycles, X number of weeks on a bulk, followed by X number of weeks on a cut, it varies with the individual!

Thanks, I appreciate that. What is this whipping cream that you talk about. Is there a brand that I can buy.

Oh, how do I print that out at work with w8's butt up there in the avatar. w8 I love your butt, I really do, but I will have to print and run down to the copy room before someone looks at it and says whose butt is this.

Hey...you're damn butt's in your avatar too, lol.

Heavy whipping cream...in the milk/cream section, in a carton....50 calories, .5 carbs, 5 fat per tbsp!
