    dairy protein

    I just want to clear something up. Dairy products are sources of complete proteins, right? Things like cheese, milk, yogurt, sour cream, etc.

    Milk and cottage cheese for certain and I believe its true for the others as well

    Definately are! I m lacto-ovo veggie and if they werent I wouldnt have been making steady progress
