    Question bodyweight question(reply soon)

ok i have a weight question(bodyweight).....i am currently bulking...i started 4weeks ago....1st 3weeks i was eating 2500-3000cals(mostly clean) and didnt gain a pound....everynight i weighed 170.4 lbs....now since i upped it to 3000-3500cals lastweek i weighed 170.4 up until friday night i weighed 173.0lbs and tonight i weigh 176.2lbs.....is it bc i'm on a full stomach or is it water or what? i usually get around this everday> 80g. of fat, 400-420g. of carbs and 260-280g. of protein.......so could it be that i'm weighin myself on a full stomach? ....should i weigh myslef in the morining? ....my goal is to bulk up to around 185-190lbs then cut.....well since i've been eating stricter, my abs are gettin more visable. and my arms seem to be bigger throughout the day. and etc.

and do you think it would hurt to do HIIT cardio 2-3x's a week on nontrainin days? just to shed some more bf maybe?

    thanks.

    Most likely water retention.

just another question....should i wait till i get to my goal of 185-190 and then start cuttin and throw in some cardio? i mean i know i wanna get up to 185-190lbs before i start cutting lol. But what should i do after i get to around 190lbs? stay at that weight for awhile and then cut and stuff? but if i get up to 4000-4500cals. and that gets me to my goal, how many cals. should i drop? to stop cutting? or should i worry about that when i get there? lol

Doesn't matter when you weigh yourself just so long as you're consistent (always morning.... fist thing after you go to the washroom....that sort of thing).

and do you think it would hurt to do HIIT cardio 2-3x's a week on nontrainin days? just to shed some more bf maybe?
How often do you workout? HIIT is considered equivalent to a workout, so you might not be leaving yourself any recovery days if you do 3x/week. Once a week would be okay for HIIT and do a light session another day. Take at least 1 full day off. It's tempting to workout all the time, but you have to learn to back off. Saves you an injury and allows you to grow.

If you are putting on too much bodyfat, it's a too many cals problem. Back off your calories by 10% and wait 1-2 weeks before you even look at what that's doing for you. Don't daily measure is my suggestion.

All the weight fluctuations are just simply water. Stop weighing yourself so much. If you feel you need to, do it only one time of the day. Personally I'd say once or 2X a week only. Say Wednesday and Saturday or something and that's it.

Weight will do that, last night i was 210 with a full stomach. This morning after i shit, i was 203. What do you think your metabolism is? The body is constantly converting fat/muscle/food into thermal and kinetic energy to power itself.

How about you wait more than a few days before expecting results? If you can add a pound of muscle a week, you're doing well. Fuck HIIT, fuck weighing yourself 65 times a day, all you need is a healthy acceptance of time.

Permission to quote that in my sig?

Good advice. Chill out, if you weigh yourself that much youll get so obsessed you'll stop yourself from shitting so you can make yourself believe youre an extra few pounds heavier.

And boy, you DO NOT want to squat in that condition...
