    Hello,

I have been cutting lately ...close to 7% -8 %.....I would like to replace my oatmeal breakfast with something Like ALL bran (No sugar)....... Its not the kellogs one...Its just the same ALL BRAN style but no sugar added at all...I can stomatch it believe me i have no taste
Do you think it would be ok for cutting or should i stick with oat meal?

My only real sources of complex carbs are oatmeal and fiber one. I also use all bran sometimes. I think they are perfectly fine sources of carbs when cutting and also have more fiber than oatmeal.
