    FRUSTRATED (d&n)

okay im getting really frustrated/annoyed/pissed now, im gonna try to provided as much info as i can

im 18, 135lbs, 5'6", about 9% body fat (see pics)

goal: abs (i know im 135 its not wut i should be worrying about)

im determined and dedicated, ive seen results in every muscle except my abdominal region and im beginning to lose motivation. its not that all i care about are my abs, its just that its so difficult to see any sort of results. With my chest/arms/legs i could always see improvement. I used this site about a year ago when i began working out, i also read Rob's article (i thought he was Prince..?) about how abs are made in the kitchen. so plz, tell me what i need to clean up because this is driving my crazy. this is my exact diet and im more than willing to do what it takes..

11am - 6 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, salsa, multigrain wheat wrap, 2 hydroxycut pills, 2 flaxseed oils pills, 3 Magn Calcium pills, 2 fiber tablets (2g fib each)

    12:30- workout

    2:00 - protein shake 1.5 servings

2:30 - turkey sandwich multigrain wheat wrap lettuce mustard ff sourcream

4:30- pudding (1.5g fat, about 18carbs, 15 are sugar alcohols) ff coolwhip abt one or 2 more hydroxycut pills

    6:30 - protein shake

9:30pm - bakes salmon or some sort of grilled lean steak or grilled chicken breast no skin, lett salad

ps- i dont go to sleep til about 2am every night, so whens the latest i should be eating

    thanks in advance..

Stay away from wraps/breads if you REALLY want to cut, keep it simple e.g 9 egg whites and oats

    12:30- workout

    2:00 - protein shake 1.5 servings

    POST WORKOUT CARBS

2:30 - turkey sandwich multigrain wheat wrap lettuce mustard ff sourcream

Take away the wrap and use Turkey salad and brown rice (75g brown rice)

4:30- pudding (1.5g fat, about 18carbs, 15 are sugar alcohols) ff coolwhip abt one or 2 more hydroxycut pills

Dump that and replace with chicken breast sweet potato/wholewheat rice/wholehweat pasta and veggies

    6:30 - protein shake

9:30pm - bakes salmon or some sort of grilled lean steak or grilled chicken breast no skin, lett salad

12.00 Casein Protein source such as cottage cheese or a casein protein shake

ps- i dont go to sleep til about 2am every night, so whens the latest i should be eating

i think ff cc is fine, but i would try to limit it as much as possible, dairy is not optimal whilst cutting
