goal setting weight wise

hi guys im looking for help setting goals ive been reading in burn the fat feed the muscle that its paramount to do, but i dont really know where to start weigth wise.

im 14 stones (196 pounds) and im about 5'10 tall.

what realistic goals for weight lose in say 1 month, 3 months and 12 months?

ive never really looked into this before

any help or advice would be great thanks

10 lb a month is reasonable if you have a plan and stick to it.
any more, and you will probably be losing a significant amount of muscle.
clearly, i wouldnt keep this up for 12 months.

you can estimate it using a tape measure

just search online body fat testing and it will tell you where to measure yourself and will give you aroundabouts of your body fat %
