    Question About Cooking Protien Foods

Everyone knows that vegtables should be cooked only lightly because the heat destroys a lot of the vitatamins and fruits should be eaten raw. But does anyone know if there's such a thing as overcooking meat or eggs to the point where protien is destroyed?

    Thanks.

Yeah if you burn the meat or eggs.
