I made a pre work out shake with 1 1/2 cup of plain low fat yogurt and 1 scoop of ON's 100% Whey Strawberry. It tasted delicious!
Is that fine for a pre w/o meal?
It was around 40g of protein and around 34g of carbs.

it's nice depending on your needs....but yogurt is one of the best pre work out foods.......easily digested and has a low gi ..
