How many cals do you take in? How many carbs? I ask because I too am trying to get on a no carn diet but cant figure out what foods to sub in for my regular carb foods without significantly lowering calories.

Why are you cutting at only 135lbs??? Where are the fats(other than the fat in the salmon)? I understand you're doing a no-carb thing but you still need fat not just protein and a little vegetable. What you're doing is just not healthy.

Ok wow that diet is complete shit.
Your staving your body and fuckign around with you metabolism, Your going to lose alot of LBM on this diet (espcially since you don't have alot to begin with as yoru weight is only 135lbs)

You need more vegetables, You shoudl be eating healthy fats in every meal (except PWO) .
I'd still be eating a bit of carbs around my workouts if I were you ..
and also you shoudl be eating another meal of Cottage cheese and PB or something of that nature at around 12am (an hour before bed).

Try all of those things. Slowly incorporate them though as you probably really messed up your metabolism (depedning on how long you've been dieting like this)

if your still completely drained and lethargic a Refeed would benefit you. If fact do one as soon as possible. Then afterwards you could continue to do one every week. Aim for 5 - 7 G of carbs per pound of lean body mass over the course of 10 - 12 hours.

If you don't know what a refeed is exactly there are stickys at the top of this forum.
