Can anyone recommend a good meal replacement?

I'm trying to gain muscle, and lose body fat at the same time. (More emphasis on the latter.) I'm generally very busy throughout the day, so skipping meals has become a very bad habit for me (I've heard it destroys your metabliism). Can anyone please recommend any good meal replacements with a good $/Serving ratio? I'm a full time college student, so the more economical, the better. Thank you.

Just pounding down a whey shake with water will help. Most people would suggest, whey/water/oats all blended with fruit, but personally i cant stomach it, myoplex or alternative are good if you really must.

Don't really soely on whey powders .. if your worried about your metabolsim espically.
You need fiber, fats, protein and carbs to fuel your body and metabolsim properly.
If your skipping meals to often and you need portable snack ideas look at this (Need a new snack..) thread. Emma-Leight posted alot of great ideas towards the bottom of the page.

Can meal replacements help you grow? - Yeah
Are meal replacements the best for your health? - No

Think about it, a meal replacement is a man made, and according to an old school strongman, anything man made is bad for ya. Just do it the old fashion way and stuff yourself with meat and eggs.

Good Day
