    Snacking

I know you guys say that snacking is a complete no no, but sometimes when I am at work in between meals, I sit there and I am bored still and I'll eat a bag of peanut m&m's would it be healthier if I drank a protein shake?

At night time if I need a snack I eat raw unsalted almonds. Take like shit after a wihle but it's extemly alkaline, and loaded with protien so it gets the job done.

If you need a snack between work, other than a protien shake, try a bannana or something. Or cut up some fruits and put it in a container. What I do is cut a piece of cantalope or straberries and put it in the fridge and eat it throughout the day for my vitamins and fiber.
    Good Day
