    1st time BULKING ever..

im through with cutting. i saw some really significant results (new pic up), but i did lose lbm as well. as of wednesday im starting to bulk for the 1st time.

i read the stickies and was wondering.. does this mean i can drink things like whole milk, eat white bread/pasta?? i had about 1,300 while cutting, how much should i consume now that im bulking? is it still reasonable to take hydroxycut (idont want my bf% to skyrocket)? is it okay if i eat right before i go to bed? what are some other major guidelines

    18yrs 135lbs 5'6"

For best results, increase the calories instead of decreasing the quality of your food- in other words, (to use one of the food you mentioned) don't go from whole grain pasta/bread to white, just eat more of the whole grain

Up the cals, I would drop the hydroxycut altogether your lean enough. The choice is you want to eat crap and gain alot of fat&muscle or get clean still and gain muscle with alittle fat. When its time to cut again you'll thank your for clean bulking.

hydroxycut doesn't really make u cut. it suppresses your appetite so u eat less.

i take it bulking and cutting for the energy boost.

fat burners dont actually burn fat. you can take it for years, but if you dont exercise or change your diet, nothings gonna change.

I disagree because I believe eca produces a 3-5% metabolic increase. If you don't taper off it I'm sure its effects wear off.
