    Potatoes

Are regular potatoes a bad carb? I don't really like sweet potatoes and would much rather eat regular potatoes.

Potatoes are a fattening carb if you eat a ton of it in one meal. Just eat a moderate amount and it's good.

Just made that up. I was training to say that potato can be a good carb or a bad carb. Eat to much in one meal and it spikes your insuline- its bad. Eat the rigth amount and you've got your natural carbs- it's good.

Sweet potatoes are the best, but red potatoes would make a good substitute. White potatoes are a definate no no, might as well eat a cup of sugar.
