Fitday has raw boneless skinless chicken breast at:

    Total:118 cal
    grams cals % total
    Fat: 3 23 21%
    Sat: 1 6 6%
    Poly: 1 5 4%
    Mono:1 8 7%
    Carbs: 0 0 0%
    Fiber: 0 0 0%
    Protein:22 89 79%
    Alcohol:0 0 0%

The rest is pretty much water. In muscle tissue total weight, 70-75% of that weight is water.
