    Soy Protein Intake?

I'm currently bulking and I picked up some La Tortilla Factory Tortillas and I noticed that the third ingredient is soy flour. These things have 8 grams of protein in them and I've heard some bad things about soy. Are these ok to eat?

Soy protien decreases your testorone. If you wanna grow you need all the testosterone you can get.

No need to sweat the soy in those chips. I'd watch/be more concerned with the other ingredients in tortillas, compared to the soy flour.

You'll have to make up your own mind, but soy once in a while isn't going to hurt. You'd have to consume a large quantity of Soy to affect oestrogen levels. Actually on a cut (I know you're on a bulk) soy isolate is not a bad choice since it stimulates thyroid function (keeping your metabolic rate high).

As an example this dude (he's not huge or anything but appears well balanced) uses Whey off season and Soy during the competition months:

Agreed, he seems to be much more of a counterexample to the point than a supporting piece of evidence.
