    Better protein

Which source of protein is better for building and adding development to the smaller muscles of the upperbody like the biceps and shoulder heads (idk if it makes a difference on what type of muscle)? The natural protein found in meats like chicken or beef or whey protein?

And i know that i should focus more on building overall mass and i always do so no one please remind me.

You're muscle doesn't differentiate the protein and aminos once it's broken down.

Whey Post Workout....whole food any other time. Whey is "natural" protein fyi. You'll get more responses in Diet and Nutrition

along with chicken and other meat ive been eating high protein bars for a while now which have whey protein and they're starting to taste like crap so i was wondering if i could just replace them with more meat instead (if meat is better for muscle building for shoudlers and biceps).

protein is protein. if u can get it from a natural source (meat), that's better.

I think a variety of amino acid profiles is desireable, but just do your best to consume complete proteins (Dairy, meat, whey, etc.) and call it a day.
